Any Seafood Lovers Out There?

We like our snapper baked! Line a pan with aluminum foil. Place snapper in foil lined pan. Using a can of stewed tomatoes,[plain, italian, etc...pour over the snapper. Cut up any of your favorite vegetables, zucchini, carrots, green, red or yellow peppers,any kind and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Fold the foil up over the fish and vegetables loosely. 350 degrees. It really is delicious!

Hi Everybody,

I am a recently transplanted midwesterner. I used to live in virginia on the beach. I love seafood! I finally found a great on-line source. Does anyone have a favorite recipe they could share for fresh Red Snapper? I got some coming from www.allfreshseafood.com (http://www.allfreshseafood.com) and I'd like to try something new.
