Hi, all! How are the workouts going?

Yesterday I did yoga, and in the evening DD and I went for a long walk with the dog.

Today I did 40 minutes on the TM.

You?

Back to back posts, eh? Oh well, I am determined to report today since I work tomorrow and will not get a workout in.

This AM I did yoga early, followed by a short walk with the dog. Then I did some weights and finished with about 40 min on the TM so I could keep watching the movie I started during the weights! :p

Not official, of course, but also I went to DS's CC meet this afternoon, and I got some running in as I dashed from one are of the course to another to cheer as he ran by. That was fun!

Anyone else get anything in today?

I did the water aerobic thing -- we worked with weights in the water, and I was working with the lightest weights possible! Need to work on arm strength, but slowly working up to heavier weights! Also worked on balance and core muscles, as well as quads!

Waved our arms around a bit, too! ;)

Good work, ladies:)

This week has been a bust for working out so far. I did get to the gym for kickboxing class Monday, only to have the (new) instructor not show up:( A bunch of us chatted for a while then left completely unmotivated. I also messed up and volunteered to help with pre-game and meet dinners for both boys the same week - not sure what I was thinking!

I did do my Pilates DVD today before heading out to reload the fridge:)

Anyone else?

Sheila, glad you got in your Pilates DVD today. I am the same as you in that if my workout doesn't happen as I plan, it is pretty hard for me to get motivated to come up with a new plan and get it done. Now that I have to get the kids off in the mornings, I am going to have to revise my thinking or I will be missing a lot of opportunities to run outside.

Today I did yoga and did 50 minutes on the TM. This afternoon I went to DS's XC meet and ran around a lot there, too. It was really fun! Guess it's time to go walk the dog, too, now that I think of it. :D
