I made the first blackberry cobbler recipe she posted and it was very good. I followed the lead of one of the commenters and made my own self-rising flour since I didn't have any and it worked well. I may have to try the beans and cornbread too--it looks like "proper" cornbread, not the "corncake" us Yankees make  so I think DH will like it. I love this blog and I love the way she photographs each step.

I love her website/blog. I have tried quite a few of her recipes and they have all been successes.
I really want beans and cornbread too. All I have are cranberry beans in the house right now, but I think they'd work!

OMG, I want to make everything! I've made twice baked potatoes for years, but for some reason hers look REALLY good... I think those will accompany dinner tonight. :p
And the photography is amazing, like you said. I'm such a sucker for pictures with recipes. If she didn't have any pix I wouldn't be half as interested!

Thanks for the link! I remember following it from someone else's blog months ago, but forgot to save it. Done!

Wow. I don't think I've ever seen details and pictures of how to cook beans before! At least she uses the 'wright' brand of bacon. I love that stuff.

What an exciting site! Thanks for sharing it. Hopefully I'll get to make one of her recipes soon. They look sooo good.

I've been reading this blog for awhile and have made several of her recipes-all of them very good , but not light. I've served her olive bread and jalapeno thingies as appetizers to many parties.
