Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Leeks & Apples

I finally tried this dish from April/00 and thought it was wonderful. The leeks and apples in the sauce were perfect with the Parmesan flavored chicken. It is a definite keeper.

I haven't received my August issue as yet (curses!) but it is giving me a chance to catch up on some recipes that I didn't have a chance to try. I even really used leeks in this recipe and managed to get the sand out of them (thanks CathieA)!They tasted great.

Hi Elinor- I made this recipe, too, back in April and we really liked it. It was a little different- very good tasting.

We enjoyed this one as well, the flavour is a bit different, but in a good way. Good Choice!
