Connection is slooooowwwww!

Ever since the last shutdown my connection both at work and at home is slower than molasses. In fact, I've yet to get onto the Great Food BB because it is so slow. Any fixes?

What is that? That note was sent on Monday. I wish I knew what was happening - then I would feel better that smoeone is trying to fix the problems!

I can't get on Great Foods either. Boo Hoo!!!!!!
