Here's what the schedule is looking like so far.

Friday, June 8th
9-10 Welcome Breakfast
10-11:30 Tours of CL and some of you will participate in Magazine Critique with our Research group from New York
Noon - 1:30 Lunch / Taste-testing
1:45 - 3:00 Meet the Editors
3:15 - 4:30 Cooking Demo/Class

Saturday, June 9th
8-8:45 Yoga (at the Embassy Suites)
9:30 - 10:30 Trail Hike with editors
Lunch on your own
Free time
5:30'ish - Catered dinner at CL - Cooking Light menu

I will be sending out an email with a form to fill out and send back. I'll need to have one returned for EACH person participating in the CL activities and which they will be participating in. Let me know what you think of the schedule!

No, sorry. It will be longer than that. The times I listed are the approximate start time for the hike. I'm thinking the hike would start around 10'ish.

Friday looks great! Personally, I'm in favor of offering a choice, as the schedule currently stands, of something else to do besides the marketing research.

I'd love to see something else added for either before lunch, or after, on Saturday afternoon. I know some of you are planning on playing golf...so maybe this could be an option as well. I'd love to see another cooking class offered, for example. Looking forward to the weekend!

(are we getting greedy?!!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif ) I am still unclear on if we will be able to participate in the marketing study AND the tour, though. If not, then perhaps could one or the other be bumped to Saturday afternoon, so those wishing to do both could?
