Q: Soup Open House Article?

A couple of years ago, Cooking Light had an article about a couple who hosted a monthly soup open house during the winter months. Do any of you know which issue that article was in?

I remember the article, but am certain I no longer have the issue.

We might be able to help if you have specific questions, though. Many people around here have thrown soup dinner parties.

I want to say it was March or April '02. A friend was inspired by it and started her own Soup Night in October 2002....

While this one is about family supper clubs, they were originally called "soup night" and that's referred to several times in the article.

Somewhere I have a clipping of that article, saved because I wanted to eventually start our own Soup Night tradition, and now that we're slowly getting settled in the new house, think I might revisit it. Will look for the article, but if I remember correctly, she was a children's book author.

If you look on the food board, there are a few soup night threads dedicated to this topic as well, that might help in the meantime.
