Our Feb Meeting was Brunch: Here is our menu:
Pumpkin Pecan Belgian Waffles (CL Mag Nov/2000 I think)
Gorgonzola Grits (Complete CL)
Herbed Potato Frittata (Complete CL)
Fresh Fruit Parfaits (Not-CL)
Mimosa's of course.

Our next theme is "Going Nuts"...all items must have some sort of nut...Amaretto/Bailey's with coffee is the final item. We are thinking Indian or FarEast Cooking for some time soon.

You don't give any reviews of the brunch items.....were they all good? Any favorites? Any bombs? I'm always looking for new and interesting breakfast/brunch items, as it's my favorite meal to prepare (next to dessert!). TIA!

They all were fantastic. 2 of us had never had grits and they were neat. Also, I never had had a fritata. I used to be a pancake or french toast person only, but I recently went to a local restaruant and had a "Breakfast Tortilla". I now am an egg fan....especially with veggies in them.
