dinners to freeze

I am taking meals to a family with one member facing health problems. Can anyone suggest some good things that can be frozen so they can eat them at their convenience? All I can think of are chili, lasagne and spaghetti. I'm in an Italian rut!

How about Mexican -- enchiladas? burritos? Or maybe casseroles, like tuna noodle casserole. Soups usually freeze well too. Good luck! It's really nice of you to help out someone in that way!
