Does anyone like it? How does it compare to other brands? I see it's on sale at Wild Oats this week and I've never used it. I'm stocking up for holiday baking and wondering if it is worth it. I don't post much, but lurk a bit and everyone here seems so helpful! Thanks in advance.

I haven't had the Green and Black cocoa, but I think their chocolate bars are amazing. I'd imagine it's slightly less sweet than typical American cocoa, just judging from the bars... I'd also guess it would be rich and a nice treat for the holidays!

I like it - it makes a fine cup of cocoa but I haven't yet used any in baking/cooking. It is similar to the Hershey's unsweetened but, and maybe this is just my own bias, I think it tastes better.

If you're talking about the unsweetened cocoa the can I have is Dutch process (don't know if they have natural or not). It has a deep chocolate taste and a lovely color though being Dutch process may limit your use.

I say go for it - it's delish. Check it's best before date if it's on sale just to be sure. And if you spot one of their dark chocolate cherry bars pick it up too - the best combination of chocolate and cherry I've ever had! Ever! The ginger bar, however, is so disappointing...

Thanks for all of the great advice! I'm going to pick up some today.
