Hi, all! What's everyone up to this week?
Early this AM, DD and I did a local (and quite small) 5K that was pretty fun. I jogged with a friend, and she and the friend's daughter also ran/walked together. I also took the dog for a walk later.
Waiting to hear from YOU! :)

Hi Kathy...since you're all alone in this post, I thought I'd join you. Good going on the 5K. I started the week out the right way by doing a good workout with weights yesterday morning.
Who's next?

Yesterday: Walked 5k - Race for the Cure.
Today (Monday): 30 mins elliptical, planks, bridges.
Tuesday: Lifting circuit & 30 mins cycling class.
Wednesday: 30 mins elliptical, 60 min yoga class.
Thursday: 60 mins workout with trainer.
Friday: Lift with a friend, usually about 75 mins including breaks.
Saturday: 30 mins pilates, 60 mins yoga.
The trainer is great, I'm seeing great results - but d*mn, I am spending a LOT of time at the gym! :p

Today I did some yoga and 60 minutes on the TM. Yesterday was yoga and a walk with the dog, and Monday I also did yoga and 60 min on the the TM. For some reason I didn't get any yoga in for a week or more earlier this month, so it feels really good to get back into it. Now I just need to work in some weights somewhere.....
batjeanne, are you getting in everything you scheduled? Looks like a good (and varied!) plan.
Hi, Melanie! How's your week going?
What's everyone else up to?

Well, I finally got back out on my bike again and thankfully my lungs didn't hurt as bad so hopefully things will resolve without another doctor visit.

Robyn, glad you are feeling better. Did you go to the doctor, or did some time off just resolve it? Maybe that was just your illness for the winter, and now you're home free. Hope so!

I didn't go to the doc, just a bit more time off and probably just time in general.
I'm buying a bike trainer next week so I'll be able to ride in my living room! :D

I did the usual water aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday. DD2 is coming to stay with us for a few months, and I'm hoping we can
walk the dogs
go to aerobics together
both do the treadmill!
;)
DH is thinking about sponsoring a weight-loss contest for the 3 of us!
