Bolo anyone? (Bobby Flay's restaurant - NYC)

DH and i are going out for a friend's birthday on friday night, and i just did a focus group and made some cash, so i thought it'd be fun to try out one of bobby flay's restaurants. i couldn't get reservations at mesa, but i got some at bolo. the menu looks really great, and they have a nice selection of tapas. has anyone been there? just wondering if any of you have tips on what's awesome there. i'm pretty sure we'll be happy with whatever, but you know...always have to hit up the BB for tips ;)

I LOVE Bolo! It has been ages since I've eaten there, but I have always been impressed when we've gone in the past.

We each get a tapas starter - the one where you choose 4. We both do it because you get to try lots of yummy little bites that way. For entrees, I love this chicken dish which I don't remember the name of and greg loves the paella. I think you'll really like it!!
