What is the recommended procedure for reporting a problem with the forum, such as what is happening at the moment with the morons posting on Great Food?
I just called and reported it to Customer Service, but I see at the bottom of the screen it shows 2 moderators. Does that mean they are currently online and are aware of the problem? Just want to know for future reference.
