I coordinate an event that has about 200-250 volunteers each year. It's very difficult to manage what activity the volunteers they want to sign up for. Additonally, they can sign up for the event in 2 hour time slots over the course of a day. Does anyone know of a software program or website that could be used to manage my event? I'd prefer it to be free, of course, as we are a nonprofit.
