Do you think this would be good served cold? Need picnic recipe and we are overloaded iwth cold rice dishes and cold salads......
If not this? What? I already went through the past threads and nothing leaped out at me.
Thanks!

I think it would be great at room temperature. A pasta recipe that I recently made and thought was even better the next day at room temp. for lunch was Rigatoni Caprese (it's a pasta, tomato, basil and mozzeralla dish - great for summer) - if you search on Rigatoni in the main part of this website the recipe will come up. It would go great with the herbed focaccia.

i make this bread every weekend and freeze the leftovers for later in the week. i serve it at room temperature all the time.
when i make it to take some place other than my home, i store it in a paper bag.....
