Happy Halloween :D ! I am serving RR's Spanish stuffed peppers, Alton Brown's Baked mac and cheese, a spinach salad, and garlic bread tonight for the ten guests I will be having over.
I have doubled the RR stuffed peppers and am making one and a half of the mac and cheese. The peppers call to be baked for 20-30 min at 375. The mac and cheese call to be baked for 30 min at 350. My oven is going to be overloaded and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how long I should cook these things and at what temp.
