Don Imus apparently has a contract for a radio show through ABC Radio Network. No surprises there. He also apparently won a $10-20 million settlement from CBS.

Just thought this was interesting because at the time of the controversy, there were many posters that predicted this outcome.

I was so glad to hear he was coming back. And bringing Charles McCord and several other members of his original team with him. I just hope Bernie (Bernard McGuirk) comes back too. Does anyone know?

Does he really have Charles with him? Dh thought that WFAN wasn't letting him out of his contract. I would like to see Charles back but have to disagree about Bernie. I don't like his sense of humor at all - it's meanspirited.

From what I've just recently read online, the whole team is coming with him, including Bernie. I hear what you say re being meanspirited, but I have to say that I've never thought of Bernie that way. I think he just has that kind of sense of humor and doesn't mean any harm by it. And trust me, I am very sensitive re people who use "mean spirited" sarcasm - I see it as hostility cloaked in humor. For whatever reason, I just don't get that from Bernie.
