Macaroni and Four Cheeses - August 2000

In the letters to the editor section of August 2000 a reader mentions a recpie for Macaroni and Four Cheeses. It was from the January/February issue (I assume 2000). Does anyone have this recpie available to post? I know it will show up in the letters to the editor column on this website eventually. However, I have been looking for several days now and they have not posted the August letters yet. I am anxious to make this comfort food for my family.

I was actually just looking at the recipes from the "Letters" column, and the Macaroni and 4 Cheeses recipe is there. Did you click on the link at the bottom of the home page?

Nope, I did not click on the link on the bottom of the page. I was looking at the link on the top of the page under the "talk" section. Guess I still have a lot to learn about this site. I appreciate your help, hope the recpie is good!
