Giada de Laurentiis just announced on TODAY Show that she's having a baby girl in early April. It'll be interesting to see how Food Network handles this.

Yeah, well she's in the Eastern time zone ;) As the family grows the "assets" probably will too.

For years, I loved her show and really liked her. But last year during "The Next Food Nework Star" when she was involved in several of their challenges, she wasn't very nice to the participants a lot of the time. In fact, she wasn't very nice to them the majority of the time, and it changed the way I felt about her. Rachael Ray, on the other hand, was kind, complimentary, helpful, encouraging, etc., to every single one of them. Made me like her more. Maybe it's my southern upbringing, but that type of behavior really puts me off.
