I would love to make that sweet potato gnoccho at Thanksgiving but I would need to make it with a non wheat flour. Is this possible and if so what flour would you recommend?
TIA
Laurie

I would probably use Bob's Red Mill non-wheat mix.

HI Laurie,
I used wheat/gluten free flour for everything cooking and baking--the absolutely only drawback: cost! You will be all set-I agree Bob's is the one I use-I also use brown rice flour-but that won't be as good. Good Luck!
