This was very good, I would make it again. I served it with Country Rye Bread from CL Complete, which was also very good. The salad was easy to quick and easy to make.

Just a question... I wanted to make this recipe but when I saw the raw egg substitute in the dressing I thought "EEEWWWW". Does the dressing have a funny consistency because of the egg substitute? I'm just not so sure about using it that way. Any comments would be welcome! Otherwise, the recipe looks great to me!

I use egg substitute alot, so I might not be the person to respond to this. I thought the dressing had a nice creamy texture and good flavor.
