Risotto, Risotti - Thanks, Valchemist!

I just wanted to say thanks to Val for an awesome cookbook recommendation! I mentioned to a friend of mine, who knows how into risotto I've been lately, that I heard of this cookbook on the BB, and she bought it for me as a housewarming gift! (And I guess it's now out of print, so she had to search hi & lo for a second-hand copy).

All of the recipes look amazing! I haven't made anything from it yet, but DH is off to Guam at the end of the month, so hopefully I'll get a chance to sample some of the recipes then, if not before.
