Val - Apricot Oatmeal Bars

Val - I made the Apricot Oatmeal Bars you posted on the bar cookie thread awhile back and I just wanted to say thank you for the recipe and report that they are excellent! I've been looking for a recipe like this for ages and all the ones CL has had have been dry and crumbly and awful. These are moist, chewy and fabulous!

Thanks for the review, Peeps. I have not tried then yet, but I am glad that they were good. More incentive for me to try them. I have some blueberry jam. I wonder if they would be good with that.

Val...If this recipe is anything like the high fat one that I have seen or tasted then I am sure that blueberry would be fine.

I think they'd work well with any kind of jam - I plan to try them with raspberry. Ooo - I brought some for lunch today and this thread just reminded me - yay! (Now if I can just wait until lunch...)
