hi guys, i live all the way over in israel, and am making my thanksgiving meal on Sat. as we don't have vacation on
Thursday
anyway, i have a big brood coming for our meal, about 23 or so, so i am making 2 turkeys, in the past i made one at home and another in a neighbor's oven
this year, i was thinking of using my own oven one earlier from about 8 - 11 and making the over turkey afterwards, and then reheating after the first turkey is cut up,
that sound like a good solution or should i go back to using my neighbor's oven?

That should be ok. I have done that in the past (cooked and reheated the turkey). I would suggest you pour either some gravy or broth over the meat and cover it in foil before you reheat to keep it from drying out too much.

My in-laws just got back from a trip to Israel for a family wedding.
