It's back to the grind this week. I've had two 2-day work weeks in a row...first, for a conference and then for Thanksgiving. I'm also back in class this week, so I won't be around very much. The end is near...the last full week of classes is next week.
I worked out with weights this morning. I'm also finished lugging boxes up and down the attic steps. I'm sure I did the equivalent of a stairclimber workout as well. :D
I saw Sheila posted today's workout on the thread for last week...

I can report some yoga that I managed to squeeze in yesterday! Today was a 12 hour shift, so only lots of walking to tell about.
I can see that as we head into the Holidays I am going to have to make a real effort to get my workouts in on a regular basis. I think I will shoot for 4 cardio workouts a week between now and Christmas. I try to do at least that in any given week, but if I manage that much in the weeks ahead, I will be satisfied. Gotta be realistic....

I took a yoga class last night from someone different than normal. Much slower...lots more emphasis on breathing...and about a zillion downdogs. :D It was fun, but I like my other two regular instuctors better.

Still working on the 5 Tibetan Rites, every morning. I can report that I'm up to 15 reps each. Around 10 reps, I started noticing an increase of energy. I feel a lot calmer inside, which is really good for me, as I deal with high blood pressure. The downward and upward facing dog is the hardest, but I'm taking a moment to rest once or twice, and then am able to continue and finish. 5-10 minutes tops. I can't complain about the time spent on this routine.
Since I am feeling pretty good, I also am adding a few minutes to stretch the hamstrings. It's another yoga move; bend down towards the floor, straightening the legs and lifting up through the buttocks. It's not as easy as it sounds.
An hour of racquetball and a couple of hours of field hockey are regular scheduled activites each week now. With the weather changing, I find it really hard to get out and walk. It's dark and the weather is bad most of the week, which pushes walking to the already busy weekends.
