Help me with Sopranos confusion

DH & I are huge, huge Sopranos fans. We don't get HBO, but have been renting the DVDs on Netflix.

We just got through "Season 6 - part II" on DVD, since it was released earlier this month.

So....here's my question....

Is there a Season 7 or is this it?? I swear from the ending, it could go either way.

Netflix originally had "Season 7," and I had it on my list. Then they proactively removed it from my list. The fact that Season 6 had 2 parts seemed odd to me, but whatever.

I've searched a bit on the web, but don't want to read any spoilers, just in case there is a Season 7 coming out on DVD in coming months.

There are six seasons. The sixth season was split so it was kinda like 2 seasons.

They may have initally wanted to release part 2 as season 7 since it was a long time before the two parts aired.

Well, I have seen the entire series, so I checked on Amazon and imdb.

It appears as though Season 6 part II is the final DVD set, because the last episode is the last episode on this set.

I could be mistaken, but I'm fairly sure that 6, part 2 is the ending. I still need to get that one ) = We have, and have watched, all the previous seasons.

TravelingJ - it's a great season IMO. A whole lot happens.

I loved the ending...but DH didn't. I won't say any more :-)

Gosh, there's a big hole in our must-watch TV now. Big Love just isn't doin' it for me!

I tried to get into Brotherhood, but it just wasn't happening. I am hooked on the show that airs before it-Dexter. Season 1 DVD is only like $30 at Target, and season 2 only has 3 more episodes to air. I don't know what we will be into next...I think she is ramping up for American Idol ) =

Love The Wire! This is the last season for The Wire and season 4 is out on DVD next week.
