Great to have new boards. I'm usually a lurker, but maybe everyone hasn't tried the simple dessert I made yesterday. Apologies to those who've done this a million times, some of us are slower to catch on, ok?
Here's the idea:
Freeze a whole unpeeled peach that's really ripe. Remove from freezer a half hour or so before you want dessert ready. Then peel, chunk the peach, and drop into the food processor. Puree the peach, then add 1 cup of no-fat no sugar rasberry yogurt and 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt. Process for a few seconds to mix. Spoon/pour into three sherbert dishes. Makes 3 really low calorie fat free frozen treats. A non-dieting friend pronounced this "yummy!". WW points=1.33 per serving.
