Just wanted to thank whoever originally posted the Chipolte Lime Flank Steak Recipe (Can't seem to find that post through the search feature). I made it for our Fourth of July BBQ and it received rave reviews from everyone! Fabulous! So whoever you are...Thanks for the great recipe!!!

I LOVE this stuff!!!! I made it this weekend and marinaded chicken thighs in it plus basted it on the chicken while it was grilling. I really liked it. I do like it better with flank steak, but chicken was also very good.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to check it out. DH loved the adobo flank steak with corn and tomato salsa so much. Now I'll need to find the rest of the chipoltes in my freezer! :D
