I made this a few days ago and it was not what we expected. It is pretty dry and need more sauce to hold everything together (maybe some flour and butter in a fish broth and adding a little bit of lobster bisque ? phew where am I going here ) Anyway, I won't make it again. Also, I bought some frozen lobster tails and maybe I'm just a food snob but frozen lobster can't compare to fresh cooked lobster.......... sigh !!!! yes, I'm probably a food snob. :D

Irene,

Thanks for the review! I was looking at that recipe last night and thought it looked a bit on the dry side. Now I think I will pass. BTW...I agree with you about frozen lobster. Fresh is definately the way to go!

Perhaps you'd want to try the recipe at this link: http://www.foodtv.com/recipes/re-c1/0,1724,16443,00.html

It's a stuffed lobster recipe from Alton Brown's Good Eats. The episode aired just before we got our July issue, and it seems slightly similar. But I would certainly trust Alton to come up w/ a good recipe!
