Anything with sesame oil, fresh ginger and garlic is almost always a winner with me. this salad was tremendous, the presentation was also very beautiful. The produce guy had just sat out the sugar snap peas that morning so i had very crisp and sweet peas!
Try this you'll love it!

Okay misstapioca this is just too much :p I certainly appreciate you posting these reviews because I never remember the exact name of the recipe and with the down time of the board haven't been good about going back and reviewing recipes from a week or so ago. I'm going to have to make the other reviews you posted just so I can keep following you around the board! :D

I agree with you on this one - very excellent. The peas were so good I could eat them plain, but oh so much better in the salad. This went great with the Maple-Glazed Salmon from March 2000.

Could anyone be so kind as to post this recipe? I just bought peas at the farmer's market over my lunch break, and I would love to make it tonight! Thank you!
