"Subscribed Forums" and "Subscribed Threads"

What do these mean? When I went in to update my "cp" I noticed that the only threads listed as "subscribed" are my original post on the BB (a question I asked) and my most recent post (not a thread I started, just a reply).

Then I just "subscribed" to the Great Food Forum by clicking the subscribe button in the upper right hand corner. But what does it mean to subscribe?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it means they're going to e-mail you every time there is a post in the forum you subscribed to! I "unsubscribed" myself to the everything so I won't get e-mails for every post (considering I'm nearing the 1200 mark, that'd be a lot of e-mails!), and theres always the option when you do post to have an e-mail sent to you if there's one special one you are interested in. Hope that makes sense, and if I'm wrong, please someone jump in here and set us both straight. I'm still trying to figure out all the nuances on this board!

Grace, I have come to the same conclusion. Thank goodness I found that solution!:)
