My husband's brother in Australia sent it to us last week...my husband loved it:D I told him not to get any ideas:rolleyes:

What, Gail? I think it looks very sparkly and festive. Then you have a giant New Year's party with an "open tree". :) And you don't even have to do any "undecorating".

Yeah, I don't know that I'd want the tree in my home, but I'd totally be up for helping someone build it (by creating the necessary empties, that is). ;) :D

Or earthquakes! Yikes. That looks like an accident waiting to happen. Even so, it does look neat - very creative.

I like the idea of the bottles being full and doing some disassembling on NYE...

Not only that, if your house is well lit, the prisms created would be awesome!

My ILs get a card every year from a man they know in Ireland who saves all of the alcohol bottles he finishes during the year and makes them into a display for his Christmas card. Let's just say it's a LOT more alcohol than in that picture. You can judge the kind of year he had by comparing the number of bottles against previous years.
