I have a couple of wonderful Asian recipes (From a Spoonful of Ginger) that require steaming won-ton wrappers. This is always a huge production for me and often ends in disaster. I'm guessing I'm doing it wrong - using a vegetable steamer - if they don't all stick together, somehow I've managed to drop them in the water when trying to get them out.
