Please help me as I'm search challenged.........
Last year I got this wonderful hot chocolate mix recipe from the board that had coffee, chocolate, cinnamon and powdered milk. Does anyone have this recipe or could you tell me how to look for it as I was told my key words weren't right.
My daughter wants to make this for a gift and I have lost the recipe.
I'm off to the dentist, but I will check as soon as I return.
Thanks for the help.:)

Was it one of these?
Layer 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup powdered milk, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows. Makes 1 quart mix or 12 servings hot cocoa.
For each serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mix in a mug and stir in 1 cup boiling water. Store remaining mix in airtight container
PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE
Layer 1 cup powdered milk, 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy.
MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE
Layer 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup powdered milk, 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tablespoon each salt and ground cinnamon, and 3/4 cup chopped Mexican chocolate (such as Ibarra). Add a few cinnamon sticks to top of jar.
Layer 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup espresso powder, 1 cup powdered milk, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1/2 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate or miniature chocolate chips.

Is it this one? (I searched for "hot* chocolate cinnamon coffee" to find it)
Hot Cinnamon Cocoa Mix in a Jar
2 cups granulated sugar
4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened
chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Process all ingredients in a food processor until chocolate is finely ground. Pour into a nice jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Type or print neatly the cooking directions on a small card, punch a hole in the corner, and attach with a ribbon to the jar.
Directions for 2 servings
Stir 1/4 cup mix and 2 tablespoons hot water in a medium-size saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups milk. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.

Martha and Robyn, thanks so much for jumping in and helping. It's been a hectic day and I'm just now sitting down to reply. I happened to tell a friend today what I was looking for and she said I had given her the recipe last year. It was called Cappuccino Magic. Wonderful stuff and uses powdered cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.
I really appreciate your help and I just finished mixing some up while I was making some homemade marshmallows for gifts tomorrow....last day of school.
