Kim -
Temp2 is actually Holly in KC. I think I've been able to register as a second user because I have 2 email addresses. I created Temp2 using my work email.
I suspect Emily is still having the same problem that I am. I did receive an email from customer service this morning... they indicated that they had forwarded my email (sent on Monday) to the technical services group. Some progress...
I've also posted our problem on the technical board.
I really appreciate the support & help everyone has been giving me (and Emily) in bumping up the problem. Hopefully, we'll both be back tomorrow.
I'm tired of being "temp1 and temp2"!

Hi Holly in KC -
I'm having the same problem! I changed my email address in my profile Monday and haven't been able to post since then :( . I tried to email customer service today and the address posted on the board didn't work. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since I couldn't post under my own username :( :( . I'm going to try it again under my "new" username and see if I can get a response. This is so frustrating!!
I have to say that CL seems to be very responsive so far to BB user comments during this system transition. This must be frustrating for them as well. Hope it all comes together soon!

I'm beginning to believe our problems MUST be related to the email address changes. I changed my email address on Monday to my new RoadRunner email address (the first time I found out that the board was back up). I'm pretty sure I did this before I tried to post anything.
After I set up the "Temp1" ID and posted, I changed the email address on this ID to a bogus one. Since then, I've been unable to use it (thus, the birth of Temp2).
Emilycat -- do you think your problem is email address related? Since you can't seem to post at all, email me at hvalenta@kc.rr.com (or at work (8am - 7pm or so), at hvalen01@sprintspectrum.com). I can try to pass along any problems you are having to CL.
Kathryn (and CL folks) - I had the same problem with the customer service address... The address under "contact CL" at the bottom of the most pages is addressed to "customerservice@cookinglight.com". All emails to this address have been returned to me as undeliverable. The address that worked for me was cookinglight@customersvc.com

Holly,
I, too, have had emails to CL Customer Service (using the "button" at the bottom of the page) returned but have not had a problem logging on even though I have been "inactive" for the past month. Maybe it was your change in email address but I would think that whatever the reason you should have received a reply from CL long before now!

Hi Sneezles, I just got home from work. I ca't believe this situation hasn't been rectified yet. Greg was right on top of things the last day or two. Good luck Holly and Emily. I had sent e-mail yesterday and found it returned to me as a wrong address
or something to that effect.:(
