Boo Hiss..... a re-run??? Did we know this??? I wait for this show and was disappointed last night.....

I saw sometime during the week that the new show will not air until January 2nd.

Almost every show is on reruns -- pickings are slim - reruns or showings of the abominable saccharine loathsome holiday specials -- Thank the lord for TIVO (the real one - not the generic DVR:D) and netflix.

The two or sometimes three weeks of Christmas are traditionally viewed as a black pit of viewership with very low audiences so networks do have not traditionally shown new episodes of series.

Traditionally new episodes would start showing up in January but because of the writer's strike, there are no new episodes of most series except those which were intended for a mid-season start -- Lost, Medium and Jericho spring to mind.

Get ready for lots of reality shows -- a winter version of Big Brother was announced.:eek:

Actually this was changed to a rerun just a few days ago. I remember seeing scenes last week and then also the description that was on the DVR about the episode (that we taped yesterday) is actually the description for the next show. So it was more a last minute change. Not sure why. If anyone cares. :D

i almost had a panic attack when i realized that it was 10:05 and my DVR wasn't recording - so i frantically turned on the tv only to see those godawful outdated trends that they had to work with again. yuck!
