I saw a few references to the avatar feature when the board first came back to life, and I wondered, "What the heck is an avatar?" Later I played around with my "user CP" to see what had changed there and saw that avatar was explained. "Oh goody!" I thought. "We can put a graphic under our name!" So then I went out into cyberspace in search of my very own graphic, but when I tried to enable it, the board said this feature is not enabled or available or whatever. :( I wonder if they plan to activate this feature at a later date?

FYI, "avatar" in the dictionary means: "1. One regarded as an incarnation. 2. An exemplar; archetype."

...I think there is an AVATAR under Maelynn's name in the "cast your vote" post:

Maybe we are now enabled? (Or maybe at this time it's just an Administrative perk?!!!!)
