They are doing crap: Calendar version over on Woot if anyone is interested. You will get 1,2, or 3 calendars depending on the Woot guy's mood when you order. I'm passing on this one! I'm sure it's a bargain for only 87 cents plus $5 shipping...

Actually, you can order up to 3 at $.87 each, with $5 shipping for the whole lot.
You just don't get any choice on which calendars you receive...

As an aside, my youngest son waited up on Christmas Eve & was able to score the hallowed Random Bag of Crap... it'll be a couple of weeks until we get to see what treasures he gets!

Oooh! It's a Christmas miracle! I missed the BOC by about an hour. Oh, well. I have enough down in my basement. I should shove random things into bags to open when I feel blue...

On a side note, I bought my husband a Zune & accessories for Christmas from Woot, and my Christmas wine from Wine Woot, and all was perfect and went over perfectly. I heart WOOT!

I ordered 3 random calendars! I can't wait to see what I get. I'll use one in my office and give the other two to my girls.

I changed my mind and bought three of the crapcalendars. I'm sure I can use one in my computer lab at school, and hopefully at least one will be okay for home. The other one will go to my mom who cannot live without at least 5 calendars in her house. I swear she has one in every room!

Remember the great times you had buying a Random Crappy 2008 Calendar from Woot last week? Well, the times are about to get even greater (and crappier).

We know the selection of calendar subjects was exceedingly lame, as usual. That's why we dropped the c-bomb: we ain't just whistling "crappy". But to mitigate your family's crap exposure during the upcoming year, we've commissioned a series of original illustrations that will be offered for download every month. These pesky mid-week holidays mean January's illustration will be a little late. Look for the other images on our blog around the first of every month in 2008, henceforth and furthermore, amen.

Just print out our custom-illustrated crappy image and tape or tack it over the crappy image on the calendar. Easy, right? But don't feel obliged or anything. If you prefer staring at the same image of "Motivational Zen Fairies" or "Ireland's Most Adorable Cats" for a month at a time, we certainly can't stop you. What kind of sick individuals would profit by selling people such horrible calendarsoh, right, that was us.

And just to give you some extra incentive to use our illustrations, weve doubled your calendar order. That's right - sometime this year, SmartPost will come through with exactly two times as many calendars as you thought you were getting. If you wanted 1, you'll get 2! If you wanted 3, you'll get 6!
