I want to make the Chili Rellenos Casserole (1/2001) which was a reissue from the 1995 Cookbook. It calls for 1 (8 oz) can of Anaheims! I have 4 or 5 FRESH anaheims in my fridge, and I wonder how many I will need if I use them. I will first blister the skins and peel them. Want to make it tomorrow! ! :confused:

If I remember correctly I used 4 whole or 8 halves. So you should be okay. I believed I used a 9 inch round casserole dish and this was the good size.

Thanks TheresaM! That sound about right to me too. I think the the round casserole is a good idea It asked for 11"X7". Let you know how it turned out!
