Time saving MC tip!

Wow, I am not sure, maybe I've been in the dark on this one, but I just realized something to help all of us out who import into MC from the boards. If you click on the message you want, click on file, then save as, then choose the folder you want to save into, then a name for the file, then select to save as a text file. Now open the import feature in MC, go to the folder and file, click on the name you gave it, click on select all, then import, and all the MC formatted recipes from that thread will import automatically...wow, I just tried it once, but it worked and it was so much easier than copy and paste and import assist. method......:) good luck!MC formatted

I'm brain dead when it comes to importing into MC. I have the Best of MC version 5.0, but am just not getting the hang of importing. I guess I haven't tried enough. I will try out your tip next time - thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the tip. I am printing it out. I just got MC and don't know how to do anything yet. So this should help. Gaye
