Anyone been to a Food Network show?

Hi. I was watching Emeril Live last night (he was doing stuff with cheese, yum,) and I was wondering if anyone has been in the audience of one fo his shows. Or any other Food Network shows.

I wonder if they get samples of what the chef is making. hm. I wish that Alton Brown had an audience.:)

I have checked into getting tickets for his show, but it is on a lottery basis - too high demand. We plan to going to NYC in the future, and I thought if I could get tickets to a taping, I would plan to go them. Oh well, I will just have to wait and see what happens.
