Based on many suggestions, we had buffalo burgers for dinner.

They were good, but DH hoped for buffalo steak (there wasnt any) and I had hoped for fresh meat (it was pre-formed patties). Although I feel fresh meat would have tasted better, we still liked them. We added Tillamook xtra-sharp cheddar (thanks Beth for turning me onto it) and had jalapeno mustard on them. Id like to find fresh meat at the store without having to order it (expensive), but since it wasnt at Central Market that way, I dont hold out much hope!

Kim, WOW, sounds great! Where do you find Tillamook cheese?
somehow I remember the thread but don't know where to get it. Also I am looking for drunken cheese, hopefully Trader Joes? :D Good Morning~~

I get the Tillamook cheese at Central Market , where I also get the drunken goat cheese. I imagine Trader Joes might have it because WHole FOods carries it too (or you can find some in my fridge:))
