I nave 64 separate Word documents to mail to a client. They are all in one folder. I cannot seem to figure out how to "attach" the file folder to the e-mail. I can attach the individual word docs, but hesitate to go through clicking "attach file", then the file icon, 64 times!
Can someone please, please, please tell me that there is an easy way to do this?

That's a lot of Word documents, and most mail clients probably won't send or accept that amount of data as an attachment.
If it were me, I would try using WinZip (or a similar program) to send your files--it will compress them and 'zip' them up in one folder. You can probably get a trial version for free, but definitely worthwhile to purchase if you run into this situation often.
Otherwise, you'll probably need to send multiple emails with 5-10 docs (depending on their size) at a time.

You can't attach a folder, because a folder isn't a "thing" -- it's an organizing construct.
I don't have Outlook Express, but you probably don't have to go through the entire attachment process for each file. Once you're in the "browse" box where you see the files, click the first, then hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click the others. This will allow you to select more than one at a time. Then proceed.
If you have a zip program on your computer, you could also zip them all together, then attach the one zip file.

Thanks for the info. I ended up sending 3 separate e-mails (I forgot about the amount of documents I edited this morning-- the grand total was 115!) but each doc was only about 20kb. Funniegrrl, thanks for the tip on how to highlight multiple documents.
I have to look into WinZip... :)

If you have a fairly recent version of Windows, you should have a zip utility included. It's not WinZip, it's just part of Windows. When you are in Windows Explorer, select the files you want to compress. Right-click on one of the files and choose Send To. In the submenu that pops up, choose Compressed File.
