That was about all I wanted to ask. Are you a believer? A non-believer? If a believer, what are your sources of ginseng?
Just being nosy as always... :)

Below is from the Mayo Clinic web site about ginseng. It should be noted that they warn against women with history of estrogen related cancers against taking it. It can also cause adverse reactions during surgery. The Mayo Clinic has a guide to taking herbal supplements that can be found at their web site www.mayoclinic.com

Ginseng is used to increase energy and sexual stamina and reduce stress and the effects of aging.
What the research shows
There's no scientific evidence that ginseng improves exercise tolerance, athletic performance or sexual performance. However, it may improve your overall sense of well-being. Most studies have been done with Panax ginseng.
Possible side effects
Typically none with proper use. However, if you experience any adverse side effects or reactions, see your doctor. Some studies suggest that ginseng may increase blood pressure.
Cautions
Don't use for more than 3 months or exceed recommended maximum daily dosages.
Some studies suggest ginseng may raise estrogen levels in women. Don't take it if you have an estrogen-related disease, such as breast cancer.
Don't take it if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure. Ginseng may raise blood pressure.
