Back-space key

My back-space key is not working on my lap top. It is not spongy at all. Is this fixable? sheesh...the laptop is less than y year old. Gosh I hate this.:confused: s

Pop the key off. Clean the key and the part that it snaps onto. Then go on about your business. ;)

I did it, didn't even know the key would pop off....But there is nothing to clean...it all looked great.:( I have warranty until March 9, so they are sending me a shipper and are going to fix it.
