Hi all,

Yesterday, Sunday I did 35 minutes on the Stairmill (150 floors) and 30 minutes on the Elliptical along with 100 crunches, squats, lateral raises, bicep curls on the bosu and a few additional exercises with machines.

Monday - This morning I did 35 minutes on the Stairmill ( 147 floors) along with 17 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0 mph at incline 3. I am trying to build up the strength in foot of my feet since I broke both last year. Previously, I did the treadmill at intervals of speed and incline up to incline 15. I am trying to slowly build up the muscles around my ankles so I can gradually increase the incline. I plan to do 20 minutes on treadmill again tomorrow at 4.0mph and incline 3.

Anyone else today?

Last night I did 35 minutes on the elliptical with intervals at 15 or 20 incline but at 10 the rest of the time. I think it was the most intense workout I've had in a while.
After that, I did 15 minutes on the treadmill at just 4 mph-I did run some but my feet/knees have hurt some so I'm taking it easy.

Tonight I need to do the same plus strength training.

Today I did 20 minutes at 4.0 mph incline 3 and about an hour of heavy weights with my personal trainer.
