ISO: Herb infused oils

I want to make some flavored oils to mix with vinegar for salads. Anyone got any great ideas and recipes? (of course you do! ;) )

I made some infused oil a few years ago that was pretty good. I took a bottle of olive oil and emptied it into a bowl, then stuffed the bottle with basil leaves and a couple of garlic cloves. Then I poured the oil back into the bottle. I let it sit for a couple of weeks before using it. It was pretty good.
