Supper Club - Chesapeake, VA

Although I live in Norfolk, I would be interested in being a part of your supper club. I see that you have not received any responses to your post, but I didn't know if you have friends that are going to participate. I don't know many people here, so asking somebody to participate would be kind of weird!!!

Finally - someone else who wants to start a supper club here in Chesapeake. I've been waiting for about 2 years to find someone else interested. I'm in Deep Creek and I would LOVE to join your supper club if you have room. Please let me know if/when you decide on times/dates. Thanks!!!

My husband and myself would love to joing a supper club. We both enjoy cooking and entertaining. How many people do you need to start one? Most of my friends young children and are not into cooking. We love the opportunity to meet new people.

Hi Chris - I'm not sure how many people are necessary for a supper club to start up. I would imagine 6-8 would be a good number, though. What do you think?

I guess we just need to come up with a introductory get-to-know-you meeting to make sure we all click with our personalities, menu ideas, etc. and then we can take it from there. Just let me know what works for everyone because I'm off all summer (preschool teacher!). Talk to you all soon...

I like to cook and try new recipes. I am in my mid 30's. I have two stepsons and a daughter. I work in Information technology. My husband is self employed in insurance and investments. I have two dogs (yorkies). I have been wanting to join a supper club to meet new people who share a passion for food and creating new dishes. I like cooking light, i have tried many of the recipes that I get in my magazine. I like the idea of eating light as well. Hubby and I are trying to shed a few pounds. I am a foodnetwork addict. It's my channel of choice. I want to go to emeril's live show one day. I did have the opportunity to eat at Delmonico's in Vegas last year! That was the highlight of my trip to Vegas. I am really hope that this supper club and come together!
