Hi Everyone,
MY DH and I are having and Iron Chef BBQ this weekend. One of our buddies and my DH will be competing by preparing chicken and beef on the grill. They can use any and everything they want in the kitchen (i.e., spices, herbs, sauces, etc).
Anyways, to get to the point, I thought I would make the appetizers and I am thinking of one I found on foodtv.com called CAMARONES AL CARBON: GRILLED TIGER SHRIMP WITH TWO SAUCES. I was just wondering if anyone had tried this and had a review.
