So far, our supper club is a success! We've organized one in Jackson, MS. I gathered up 3 couples from work, plus a single or two, and we had our first get-together a couple of weekends ago. Greek food - YUM! We have a great Mediterranean Grocery here that provided most of what we needed.
Next time, we're trying Thai. I'm going to search the Cooking Light website for good recipes. (I know there was a Thai section in a recent issue.) Does anyone have any favorite recipes to share?
